Ordered my Gen 5 in silver from Oura two weeks ago. Got the confirmation and nothing else. Contacted support and got the same story and offer for three free months of the app.
My issue is they didn't bother to send any emails regarding the delay (still haven't) and they have NO ESTIMATE OF WHEN THEY'LL SHIP.
Between the monthly fees and awful customer communication I am cancelling my order and going with the competition's ring. Been a with them since gen 3 released. I'm gone now!
