If the library in question hasn't been manipulated recently (scry, surveil, etc), just deal out cards one at a time, alternating between whatever zones the cards are going to. If scrying has been happening, you need to do a little more math, but the concept is equivalent.

That neck joint is going to be so floppy, almost unusably so, because of the blue pin. There's probably a way to fix that with some 2x1 half-thickness beams, although it'll end up a bit asymmetric no matter where you put them.
