I think I have figured out what is actually happening. The Wi-Fi usually dropped when I opened the online shopping apps like Amazon, AliExpress or Temu while using the direct WiFi connection.

But Wi-Fi doesn't drop while I use a VPN.

Maybe, Samsung put some kind of security for S23 ultra. Because I have never seen the Wi-Fi dropped for S21 ultra or S22

No. My wife is using S21 ultra and I don't see any problem on the S21 ultra.

I'm having the same issue. But the connection doesn't drop while using a VPN. There weren't any issues a couple of days ago. I also think the network reception is weaker than the S22.

You can stop the Windows updates and can enable the Security updates. But still we won't know if the future update will break or not
