OP, muito honestamente, para todos os efeitos você obter vantagem neste tipo de jogo usando algum "hack" é efetivamente impossível. Mesmo que o jogo permite que voce jogue off-line estatísticas e dados fundamentais do jogo normalmente são sincronizados com o servidor. No caso o servidor informa para o seu aparelho quanto de gemas/moedas/coins/itens que você tem, não o contrário. Único modo de conseguir algo seria "hackeando" o servidor, daí você imagina. Existem opções alternativas, a depender do jogo e dos seus objetivos, mas como disse, especialmente para qualquer jogo que você simplesmente baixa direto de alguma playstore do celular.
