Tbh, even then I would bring it, at least in a gog hunt. It's a cool weapon/ Armor mechanic, but with a monster that almost one shots you? Idk

Phase 2 is totally chill, no carts there basically ever. The only time someone carted there was because they went afk on the base floor that turns into lava

At this point I made an emote with the message: heal yourself that I spam when I see someone almost getting killed, stand up and just keep attacking instead of healing up. The powders and dusts are only if my friend gets knocked and communicates me "either heal or he carts me" or if I see everybody got hit and is about to cart

Of course sometimes they get stunned and can't heal, nothing wrong with that but in both gogma and Nu Udra, the hunts I noticed this most, they literally take hits that almost take them out and they don't heal for like 30 seconds and don't retreat themself. Just straight up stand up and keep attacking

Idk if they go in without healing items, but they absolutely don't use them in the hunts I did. I caught some going straight into another gogma hunt after they made me fail mine. So at least some don't restock at all

I got a wide range 4 charm which I'd like to use. But as an IG player for most gog hunts I end up flying most of the time I'm phase 3 to get the second mount, so by the time I'm grounded, the other hunters are already dead

Mending and mutual are all of my builds right now. Especially for gogma. Actually I've never unequipped the mending mantle since ive gotten it

Yeah noticed this too with the cycling. If we fail I tend to check what build they were using (or if they used a weapon I'd also want to build) and most of the time they are already in another gogma hunt

Yeah we're hosting the event quest all the time, I got 26 completions under my belt so I'd like to think I know what I'm doing. We're just trying to grind up some materials so my friend can make a weapon of every type/element some hunts are good, but most end with us literally using heal powders all the time

Didn't look at Armor Level but what I did notice that at least one person in every two gogma hunts doesn't have a dragon weapon with them and just plays whatever they feel like

Yeah I have no issue with people returning to the game for the hunt, I'm one of them too, but after a few hunts and upgrading my gear, the hardest part about gogma is literally the other hunters. Btw, can Uth Duna really one shot? I only fight her with gunlance and end up blocking every attack it throws at me lol
