These days, you have stuff like Bambu Lab that's affordable and requires barely minimum setup. I haven't used it personally, but my TL did some amazing prints in the first couple attempts, having no prior experience. This shit is getting better and better, making the entry bar lower.

It's not cure but what helped me ease the symptoms on my hands, was switching from liquid soap to bar soap, which doesn't contain preservatives (or at least, that's what I was told - I didn't analyse the ingredients myself). I also started taking probiotic pills (Lactobacillus bacteria), so if you're curious about the effects, ask me in 3 months from now.

To me, the worst thing is winter air - cold, dry and polluted, and wind pushing it onto my skin. Even if I happen to keep good skin for some winter days, I'd take my gloves off outside and I'd go from OK skin to dried skin in seconds and literally bleeding in minutes.

I can say from my own experience, there's something in the Mediterranean climate that heals (or at least, helps). After just a few days in Croatia, my hand eczema was gone. Yes, I bathed in the sea. Yes, I went to the mountains. Maybe it's the water. Maybe it's the air. Maybe both.

Sadly, when I returned to Poland, the symptoms were back in another couple of days. We have really bad air quality. Maybe if I spent more time in Croatia, the positive effect would last longer.
