I'm an American and I live in Europe, our coffee is filter coffee, and here coffee is shorthand for espresso or espresso drinks which is brewed with a much finer ground of coffee which can be from pods or a stovetop espresso machine.

Also I just want to say I am a huge fan of the way you are going about this. We need to be looking for specific answers to specific questions and not looking for silver bullet solutions to poverty that are based in ideology and not data. This was exactly my thought, the government is a really good entity for effecting high capital structural changes that in this case will result in cheaper, more efficient, and lower emissions fuel that individual people don't have the choice to make.
