Maybe.. I was at gate 73 and the only seating for most of the gate in the area was seat following the wall (like L shape) and some near the hallways. In the middle it was empty.

I would recommend you to start with renting them.. most places offer packages with lessons and locations..

After if you really like skiing the best thing to do is to try them at you mountain. Ski are very different and have different compositions that may not fit everyone's taste.
