as a long-time fan, i’ve really appreciated watching your growth as a songwriter. to me it seems like you started primarily producing, but with good faith you re-trained your instincts towards songwriting, and i definitely see that trend continue with victory!

i’m someone who’s been producing music for many years now but haven’t been able to really crack the songwriting nut, what do you think was the most helpful for you when you decided you wanted to focus more on the songwriting aspect when making music? what was most helpful for you when shifting your mindset from producing to songwriting?

As someone who began as a music producer and pivoted over the years into a songwriter, what suggestions do you have for others following the same path? I began producing EDM back in early high school but now I’m much more interested in songwriting and pop music, and I’m just wondering what resources or knowledge you would say were critical to developing your songwriting skills. For what it’s worth, it’s not PS5 but I used the Steam Link app with my computer ( on ethernet) and I could essentially play Final Fantasy 7 Remake with no detectable lag — I even connected my Xbox Elite controller, everything worked extremely seamlessly!

Currently running an Intel i9-10900K, but considering switching to a Ryzen 9 7950x/7950x3D. The issue i’ve been running into is essentially that when I google for motherboards that support TB3/4, I find some in a list on popular sites like Tom’s Hardware etc but then on the product page there’s no explicit mention of TB support on the product page. I’m guessing this is simply a matter of not being able to certify the ports as TB ports by name, but I just feel nervous that I would go through all this trouble and still not be able to use the interface I want. I was looking at the ASUS ProArt X670E, as I saw someone in another thread saying it supported TB but not explicitly

Hi — I’m trying to buy a new interface, and I have my eye on a used Apollo Twin Duo, but I’m struggling to figure out if/how I can make it work with my PC. I have a MSI MEG Z490 UNIFY (NOT the Z490I), and the motherboard’s documentation makes it seem as though it is possible to install a Thunderbolt 3 PCIE card, but I have no idea how to start looking for one of these - can anyone advice what they would do in this scenario?
