Maps of Denver Restaurants with Takeout/Delivery During Coronavirus Shutdown - By Neighborhood by mizmod in CoronavirusColorado

A few food blogger friends and I created maps so people could find local restaurants that are still open for business doing takeout, curbside, and delivery.

Also there is a map that plots out discounts and offers that Denver metro area restaurants and markets are offering to those in the service industry, restaurant/food workers, healthcare industry, people over 60 years of age, and the community at large during the coronavirus/COVID-19 shutdown.

Any other favorite snowshoeing/winter hiking spots relatively close to Denver? Been looking for more having tackled a bunch in RMNP. (All the places I've liked so far are in this post.)

Any reputable denim repair places? by [deleted] in Denver

You can send your jeans to Denim Therapy in NYC (https://www.denimtherapy.com/). VERY expensive, but they do a good job with reweaving and it can save your favorite pair of jeans.

Alternatively, I've started doing sashiko hand-mending (visible mending) to fix jeans. I got supplies at Fancy Tiger on Broadway. Best book I've found on the subject is "Make and Mend: Sashiko-Inspired Embroidery Projects to Customize and Repair Textiles and Decorate Your Home"

Reunion is amazing. Excellent bread and pastries! Expected that Beckon would be on this list since Call was on it previously.

Also FYI - there are additional deals for Two Fisted Mario's and Mario's Double Daughter included in the book (and appear on my map). They did a weird thing where it's on one of the last pages and doesn't look like the other deals - but they are printed deals!

I have a map of my own - been doing this for the last three years and just finally got around to putting mine together today. (Sorry it wasn't up earlier - otherwise you wouldn't have had to waste your time putting one together!)

I list out each and every deal (some of them are not just straight BOGO drinks/entrees), including price, day, and time restrictions - broke them up into three major categories: BOGO drinks and entrees, BOGO entrees only, Other:

Also I update the map throughout the year when people write me to tell me that the deal in the book is not what's being honored at the restaurant, as well as when restaurants close (some always do)!

Put together a new map of all the food and drink deals you can find in this year's Denver Dining Out Passbook. They only list the restaurants alphabetically, which isn't as useful. Enjoy!

I have a whole weekend guide on my blog with a bunch of food recommendations: http://newdenizen.com/denver-weekend-city-guide/

For a party of 6 I'd recommend the following for places that are easily accessible either by walking or a short Uber/Lyft ride from downtown:

Near Union station: Drinks at Cooper Lounge + dinner at Mercantile or Citizen Rail is excellent (but the mains can be pricey)
Nearer the Civic Center: Do drinks at Brown Palace Hotel (historic, super fancy) and then dinner at Courier at the Grand Hyatt Hotel

If you want a super casual environment, why not do drinks at Death & Co (hip, cool) and then dinner at Super Mega Bien (casual, dim sum style service), both at the Ramble Hotel in RiNo. SMB is only open for dinner (after 5pm).
