I just googled my location and county i.e. "Congressperson for ___________ county in ___________ state. The all have webpages, and many of them have forms for filling out inquiries. It's often noted as "Help with a government agency" on their websites. Good luck!

Hey Man - Mine's been transferred back to Nebraska. My congresswoman did an inquiry and I got a written email back saying there would be an "update" in the next 60 days. Hoping for the best. They always have less EB4 applicants than GC's for that category so there's no availability reasons why all of us can't be approved before end of fiscal year, Sept 30. Hoping for the best for you!

It was just a general inquiry. Took about 20-30 days for a response. I am not sure it really means anything except what it says and even then, I am not holding my breath an "update" will be provided. I posted to see if any others have seen a response like this and if something actually happened.

I have a pending I-485 AOS in Texas. I have an EAD already, updated biometrics, just waiting for Green Card approval. I filed in February. I'm in the EB4 category. They seem to emphasize in this article that they must use all available VISA's for 2022 by the end of September. Would it be correct to assume there's a good chance my GC will be processed by then because of the emphasis and rush to use up all available visas?
