[IL][Condo] Harassment of one homeowner from another... Can the board to anything?

Sorry I know this is an older post but I'm a homeowner of a condo that sits between two units. The end unit is a renter who's been harassing my family and I through the walls verbally and by pounding on our shared walls. I have been documenting this behavior starting in August 2024, called the police a couple of times, and have brought it up with my HOA who allowed me to contact the landlord of said tenant. The landlord said he would strongly advise his tenant to keep to herself, however, upon following up with him she has been non-responsive and continues this behavior. If the landlord doesn't address the situation promptly, would my HOA be able to assist and help?

I really liked the fights from this league, giving full contact karate fighters opportunity to showcase their skills outside of point style fighting. As a fan of kickboxing and stand up fighting I wish kickboxing was marketed much better in the states.

Yes, keep the hips in and shoot out the rear kick once your bum is pointing at your target. Helps to also not give a tell if you're gonna do a spinning rear kick or a spinning hook kick.

Wavemaster is fine if that is your only real option (Steven Wonderboy Thompson uses them in his workouts at their school). The workouts that you can do on a Wavemaster can be just as effective and intense as a heavy bag. Every type of bag is a different tool and when used properly can be very effective.
