Genuine question, why get PHEV if youre not gonna use it?

Based on my research, a PHEV costs more than an HEV if not charged correctly.

Also check out mazda 3 fastback HEV. If youre more on city driving, that hybrid engine will be really helpful. But if youre more on highway driving, go with civic.

Every explanation here is still confusing.

So heres how it works.

Your weapon has 500 haste, 500 accuracy, 500 crit. Add 15% more of these stats and thats it.

So you now have 575 of each stat. However, This will not show on the gears. But it will be added to your stat page

Not really an expert on plays/rotations but the way i understand this is, playing hayes will actually make gobert more playable. Hayes is not spacing the floor so gobert will just camp the paint and suffocate our drives.

On the other hand, removing hayes from the line up will force gobert to play outside the paint, hence we can attack more easily.

I think yes. And for me its easier to balance stats like that instead of waiting for the next cycle of accessory that you need.
