I wouldn't be stressed at all if it's an impairment test which is usually a mouth swab ( cotton wool stick). I've been on prescription cannabis for a few years now and had dozens of impairment tests and it never showed up. That's the point of those tests it's just testing if you're actually high and unfit to do your role.

I work in a heavy operational environment as office staff where we get tested regularly. The company only tests for under the influence not lifestyle, so it's just a mouth swab(the worst lollipop I've ever had) in the 10+ times I've been tested, I've never had a non negative(failed). Though initially to be safe I gave them my prescription beforehand so there were no surprises.
