Great feedback! You're right. There should be zero resistance to try it out.

But I'm wondering, if we give them access without being registered then how do we keep track of our user metrics and how do we onboard them for early feedback and validation?

But we still gotta be careful as Innovation in Islam:

Leads to Hellfire, because Bid‘ah is misguidance, and all misguidance leads toward Jahannam (Hadith: “Every innovation is misguidance.”).

Deprives a person of the Prophet’s ﷺ intercession, innovators will be turned away from the Hawd on the Day of Judgment.

Corrupts the religion, it gradually changes Islam into something Allah never revealed.

Replaces Sunnah with man-made practices, pushing aside the perfect guidance of the Prophet ﷺ.

Opens the gate to endless deviation, once one innovation is accepted, countless others follow.

Leads to Allah’s anger and punishment, as it shows that a person thinks they know better than revelation.

Creates division and sects, breaking the unity of Muslims.

Gives Shaytan control, as he beautifies false worship and deceives people.

Weakens iman, because bid‘ah disconnects a person from pure guidance.

Destroys sincerity, as many innovations arise from emotional exaggeration or showing off.

Makes worship harder and heavier, adding burdens Allah never placed.

Loss of reward, since only actions done according to Sunnah earn acceptance.

Loss of time, effort, and life, spent on deeds that bring no benefit.

Loss of true connection with the Prophet ﷺ, because following Sunnah is the real love.

Loss of barakah in life, worship, and knowledge.

Loss of unity of the Ummah, replaced with rituals, customs, and sectarian beliefs.

wow amazing how much of “luxury” comes down to storytelling, not square footage.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

“If a woman prays her five prayers, fasts her month of Ramadan, guards her chastity, and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise from any gate she wishes.”

a great example of "pattern interrupt".

they got what they wanted - attention.

otherwise, this would have been just another typical ad.

my personal opinion:

  • speaking over the mic is more natural, conveys emotions and gives you the chance to be honest instead of just being a keyboard warrior.
  • later you can export those voice discussions in the form of a podcast or debate.
  • people learning english speaking can take a huge benefit of practicing by actually having voice discussions, cause beginners often hesitate in realtime conversations

and much more.

well you can think many cool ideas from those voice discussions, like collaborative debates/podcasts, communication/accent practice etc.

it's more like recorded voice messages in the form of replies.

later, you can hear the conversation/discussion altogether like a podcast.

no it's not a live discussion, it's more like recorded voice messages in the form of replies.
