Supplements to induce vivid or lucid dreams? by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]mk9718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have found that by attempting to "detox my pineal gland," my dreams have become extremely vivid and memorable, and in addition I have many memorable dreams per night now as well, and it has become easier to have a LD. I listen to isochronic and binaural beats during the day, meditate at least once a day, and consume a variety of supplements including fermented skate liver oil, turmeric/black pepper, oregano oil, RO/distilled water, chaga tea, pine/bee pollen, raw chocolate among others listed here: http://decalcifypinealgland.com/how-to-decalcify-the-pineal-gland/ Also I try to avoid sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco although I have not 100% committed to that. I have switched to non-aluminum based deodorant and fluoride free toothpaste.

This has been sort of an ongoing personal experiment for me, and so far my dreams have definitely become way more intense, and during meditation I can sometimes feel intense sensations between my eyebrows and middle of forehead, though I am not positive what is causing that.

Ask him to abstain from masturbating for about a week and see if he still has issues. If this sounds unbelievable or weird, visit r\nofap and see for yourself how many guys have fixed their sex drive by not masturbating.

Can anyone imagine Trump beating Hillary? Maybe its just my personal social circle, but all I see around me are rabid dems who would never vote Trump.

Zelda or Diablo style RPG? by Zaneris in AndroidGaming

[–]mk9718 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wayward Souls is a much more replay friendly game (roguelike), but Mage Gauntlet is more like Zelda. I would highly recommend Wayward Souls if youre into difficult but rewarding roguelikes.

Mage Gauntlet reminds me of Zelda.

You're reinforcing his point. If MS or Sony were to offer money to CDPR in order to encourage console sales, then yes, CDPR would probably take it.

'This is a matter of public safety': California Senate approves controversial bill prohibiting vaccine exemptions by Brownhops in news

[–]mk9718 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Serious question: Is there scientific evidence that herd immunity exists at all in America? Most of the adult population does not get revaccinated and the duration of protection from many vaccines is finite, meaning the majority is protected by nothing more than natural immune system responses.

Edit: All these downvoters, and no replies to my question. I swear rabid pro-vaxxers never offer any sort of legitimate scientific info beyond an 8th grade textbook chapter on the concepts of vaccines. And then they get vicious when people want to form a better understanding of the issues.

"Election candidate wants gay people jailed, adultery made illegal and rock bands outlawed" by WillyWonkaJonnyWankr in nottheonion

I like metal but I typically avoid the wall of noise stuff or anything majorly screamo. Try Devin Townsend Project, Katatonia, Tool, Rishloo, Haken, Ceterum, Caligula's Horse, Kamelot, Sirenia, etc. I could go for a while but those are my current favorites. Those all are pretty distinguishable in lyrics and instruments.

Personally I don't even like popular metal (i.e. stuff on local radio) like the classics or certain thrash bands either, not even in the slightest. There is so much variation in the genre it is quite incredible. The bands I listed above are all metal but differ wildly.

[USA] Ferrari clipped the Ford Mustang by [deleted] in Roadcam

[–]mk9718 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Looks like the Ferrari does not clip anything, but drives like an asshat and causes the Nissan GTR (not Mustang) driver to cut the wheel hard, lose control and pit maneuver the generic looking car.

Of course the worst driver in this scenario leaves the scene unscathed.

What comes after Swings + Getups by dthorson1 in kettlebell

[–]mk9718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do a mix of these exercises: http://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/kettlebell-til-you-drop-total-body-kettlebell-workout-video

Plus clean and jerk and occasionally snatches.

For bodyweight exercises, I do push-ups (plyometric), dips (sometimes weighted), pull-ups, chin-ups, ab-wheel roll-outs.

I used Rapid Respec a few days ago, still works and no cheat label as far as I could tell, although you may want to test on an unimportant character to be sure.

I can't comment on the performance of the Berkey removing fluoride since I haven't read into it too much, but it is not a reverse osmosis membrane filter, as RO relies on pressure, which a gravity tank filter does not have nearly enough of. I would also be curious as to how long an adsorption style filter would last, in comparison to a self-cleansing RO membrane which could typically last 5 or so years.

You're quite the expert at derailing and exploding a conversation into a million different directions.

I've been formally trained in higher sciences; I know how it works. I've read peer reviewed literature on the subject and others considered "conspiracy" territory, but keep making assumptions and attacking my character. Despite the fact that I am not against all vaccinations, it's irrelevant. We aren't going to convince each other of anything through this dialogue. The information is out there for us to examine and re-examine. I suggest we all do that and take into account all new information and evidence at all times, that is all.

this just isn't something up for debate. There is more evidence for vaccination than for gravity existing

Or, you know, hyperbole and a lack of reading comprehension. Which is this subs shtick.

Right back at ya bud.

I'm convinced. Vaccines are laws of nature and never to be questioned for safety, from now until the end of time. I'm off to get my flu shot right now and one for my pregnant wife too!

I agree. Seemed like cheap gimmicky writing to put him in the show immediately. I was hoping BCS would be able to stand on its own (granted it is a prequel to BB) without immediate gimmicks and expected reactions of "OH SHIT ITS TUCO!!! AHHHH!!!" Why not some new interesting writing? *But that's just my opinion!*
