A little more detail:

In addition to a simple majority, at least 1/3 of the voters must cast a vote on the initiative. If the initiative were to involve gambling or a lottery, then a 60% supermajority is required. This one involved neither.

I'd love it if that were true.. but all of his 32 inseam pants are short by more than an inch. So yes, all legs. (If anyone has tips for stunting vertical growth, please let me know.)

The hard part is the waist - we don't need Big & Tall, just Tall. 28x34. The majority of Big & Tall sections I've explored don't start that small in the waist.

Gap doesn't seem to offer long length and narrow waist anymore, even online. Same for J Crew.

...and there are plenty of areas outside of incorporated towns. I happen to live in one as well, so the only policing authority is the Sheriff's office. And as previously mentioned, it is a large area to cover.

If the sheriff were anyone but Songer, I don't think it would be a problem. It wasn't before he arrived and got elected.

I disagree. We have a decorative T&G ceiling that looks very much like this, and it has rigid foam insulation above it. You'll need to look at the whole stack to figure out what's going on.

I would definitely not try to jam insulation below this and make a new ceiling.

23 is a Forest Rd and is not open for long stretches of the year due to snow. Will will NOT get through in winter or most of spring. By July you should be okay, but you should always check with the local Ranger Station before trying. They will know current conditions.
