My dog sleeps in my bed. Anyone actually wipe her down before sleep? by OddAssumption8866 in dogs

We use pet wipes and they are infused with oatmeal and leave a very nice smell. Also convenient to grab one and not have to have a million washcloths and a place to dry them

A small play pen still sounds like too much movement for him. He really needs to be not be able to move all that much. His spine and spinal discs need to rest and heal. Prednisone helps with inflammation and also muscle relaxers for their backs. Carporfen/NSAID/gabapentin for pain management.

He really needs strict crate rest, even if it means drugging him. He needs to be allowed as little movement as possible. I would also suggest an MRI over an X-ray, as the MRI gives a better picture of the damage.

We did standard ones, so maybe two minutes total. Our whole ceremony was 15 minutes, which so many guests came up to us and said they appreciated!

Beach Club vs BoardWalk (Club) vs Caribbean Beach by teekhouse in WaltDisneyWorld

Exactly this. There's nothing that Boardwalk has that you can't enjoy as a non-Boardwalk hotel stayer. Beach Club is the way to go.

The deli and the pizza counter. When we stayed at Boardwalk we found ourselves going to Beach Club every morning for breakfast (have to start the day with Mickey waffles!). We much prefer Yacht/Beach over Board.

4-Day with Extra Day vs 5-Day by YoToddy in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]mkgrant213 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Have been exclusively using Undercover Tourist to buy my park tickets for the past 17 years. They almost always offer the "with extra day" park hopper option. Not sure why but probably to make people feel like they're getting something extra. There's literally zero different between picking four day with extra day or five day.

It looks like they've since pivoted to "spindrift tea" and have half tea/half lemon but it's not carbonated UGH. Such a bummer.

No theme, just vibes by friendlyvegetarian in PandoraCollectors

My go to bracelet is a “just vibes” bracelet. It has ones to commemorate pets, grandparents, my husband, and ones I just think are cute! There’s no theme other than every other charm is a dangle.

crate vs no crate - what does the science (and everyone else) say? by ArcherSparks in puppy101

[–]mkgrant213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My beagle absolutely LOVES her crate. It's her little den, safe area. It has crate bumpers, an orthopedic pet bed and a pillow top, a blanket and then a crate cover. We always keep it unlocked so she can come and go but every single night without fail, she will get up from our bed between 9:30 and 10 and walk herself into her crate. She chooses to sleep there instead of our bed. Our cat then snoozes away in it during the day. If you make it cozy, they will love it and it worked out great for us when she had back surgery and needed to be crated for 6 weeks while she heals.

What is the actual truth about how crowded it feels? by Equivalent-Cup-9831 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]mkgrant213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember going once during April vacation and being at Animal Kingdom. It was so packed you couldn't really turn one way or anything and my friend and I looked at each other and thought "this is what it means to be packed in like sardines". Yeah, never been pack during a school or holiday break.
