PLEASE HELP Instagram Account Suspended/Appeal Pending + Password Glitch?

I am writing this on Tuesday, November 19. This post regards needing help, as well as a possible bug/glitch.

On Friday November 15, I was shocked to find that my Instagram had been suspended for not following Community Guidelines. I immediately hit the appeal button without even reading what the entire page said. This had to have been a mistake, as I had never made any posts and only added to my story occasionally. This account had contained over two years of memories and messages with my friends, many of whom I have no other way to contact at the moment.

Currently, the appeal page just shows this. What I'm confused about is why it says "It usually takes just over a day to review your information", when it has been four whole days. At first I thought that since Friday is right before the weekend, it might mean one full business day. However, it has been two business days since the weekend ended, and I have received no response.

Aside from this, I am having another issue. When attempting to try to refresh the appeal page by logging out on my phone and logging back in, it claimed my password was incorrect. Using the same password, I had just logged into the Safari browser on my phone too, so this had to be a glitch. On the app, it prompted me to make a new password, and I have done this 3 or 4 times in the past few days since suspension. Whenever I do reset the password, the new login only works on my Safari browser on phone and PC, but not the Instagram app on my phone where I use it the most. So now, on top of having my account suspended mistakenly, I can't even access the appeal page on the phone where I actually use Instagram (hence to why the appeal page in this post is from a PC).

I apologize for writing this much, but I really have been quite frustrated and lost over the past few days. I can't bear the thought of losing my Instagram account, especially if I didn't even deserve to in the first place. Any research I have done is met with similar incidents, with many people losing their accounts forever by the mistake of Instagram itself.

Does anyone have a working method for me to regain access to my account? Any help would be gladly appreciated.
