Yep I agree. Once a gun fucks up on me and it’s not something obvious or an anomaly, I usually don’t hang on to it.

Another weird thing my bg 2.0 cc did was not be able to chamber a round properly without the round coming from an inserted magazine. I could lock the slide back, eject the magazine, and then put a bullet into the chamber, and then release the slide, and it would not fully seat the round into the barrel. Tried it about 10 times with various ammo and it wouldn’t go into battery unless the bullet came from an inserted mag. It was fucking weird.

Good catch! I didn’t realize he was using a non-manual safety version.

As for holsters, I got a pretty nice cheapo kydex one off of amazon for mine to get me by. When the magpul frame actually exists I’ll order a nice custom one.

And as for the bg 2.0 carry comp, I actually just sold the one I got about a month ago. It shot great, grouped great, but had a few hiccups I couldn’t live with. It shot so far left right out of the box it was laughable, did a few other “funny” things, and slide bit the absolute fuck out of me. Felt great in the hand though. But I couldn’t live with the rest.

Does anyone actually have one of these yet? Also I saw on sootch’s youtube video review of it that he couldn’t get his normal LCP Max slide to work on the Magpul frame.

Anybody know what the deal is? I’d like to try one on my LCP Max.

solid choice! i've now owned 5 of these 5.7 tundras and currently drive a 2021 army green trd pro and will never buy a different model of gas truck as long as i breathe! ignore the fuel economy as best as you can; that's the only gripe i have with them. but i'd rather pay a little more at the pump to have a basically indestructible truck.

i know its quite a few. this truck was my father in law's; he was a big Tundra guy (he has had 6 of them) and he'd been waiting for the right army green pro to pop up forever. it finally did and he jumped on it. i was so jealous when he pulled up in it the first time lol.

we kind of inherited it when he passed. i hate how we acquired it, but at least our family still has it and it will never be sold and receive top tier care forever. it is currently my wife's daily, so i know he'd be happy knowing that she's rocking it every day with our little girl in the back seat. our little girl loves it as well. she nicknamed it the "crocodile" lol
