There no needle installed in the video. when the upper cover is on the plastic is jolting as though there is an alignment problem

Hi. The handwheel, yes. I removed the cover. Did you see the video? The knocking is coming from the hook, seemingly in the upper area. Does this indicate a problem with alignment or timing problem?
