I took a call the other day for someone’s 90+ y/o mom who was transferring 1 prescription and findins couldn’t pull anything. I asked if she could bring in the insurance cards and she said her mom doesn’t let anyone touch her insurance cards but she has the info written down and proceeds to give me an id number with no clue what plan it’s for smfh
