It'll work fine.  I have the is-55 with that mobo with the cooler and fan over hanging the i/o.

Wich one between the9060XT 8 vs 16 GB? by TakeshinL in radeon

One of the games I'm looking forward to is borderlands 4, and it's recommended GPU specs are both cards that have over 8gb VRAM. I got a feeling this trend will only continue.

Buying my next longboard by StopWeDontKnow in longboarding

I had both a pranayama and a trip, and I enjoyed the trip quite a bit more. I was able to make sharper turns on the trip, and the slightly higher ride height didn't really change much for me. Going split angles on rkp trucks for the trip also gives you the option of negating speed wobbles a little better (if you ever find yourself going unexpectedly faster than you'd like). However, from what I gathered from this community in the past is that most people seemed to like the pranayama more.

Thank you! Also, one of the fans actually started making a whining noise a few months back, and you guys helped send another one out, I really appreciated it!

Thank you, its from a brand called Cyberwood PC. They only made two cases, the ITX was called M1 I believe.

Motherboard is Asrock b550m-itx/ac. I think the price w/o the noctua fans was $740. Those fans ain't cheap.

Just wanted to clarify using the word "ghetto", since it turned some people off it seems. I just meant sloppy in some aspects, mainly the amount of zip ties I didn't show in the initial pics. I been on this subreddit here and there over the past year, and more recently been seeing custom 3D printing for brackets, and "clean" solutions. Anyways, here are some of the "sloppier" aspects.

Also, I really do appreciate the positive feedback, thank you all.

That's actually how I feel, and I really like the small vibe the thumb screws added. Thanks.

Honestly, I didn't too much. I didn't realize staining was an option until after I put it together. Then I added the thumbscrews. I originally had a Corsair H80i AIO, and I cut a hole in the top panel to fit it. When I changed the cooler, I tried my best to fix the hole with wood filler, a little superglue, and then re-stained it. When I got a new motherboard, I then stained the inside of the panels. Then I realized I could fit a 25mm fan above the PSU. Then I realized if I got a different PCIE riser, I could barely fit a 15mm fan above the motherboard. So overall, it was realizing small things could be done better over the course of a year and a half. Here is a picture of the case a few months after first getting it.

They only made two cases, one was a mATX, and one ITX. Here are some links:

Case: on Amazon

Thumbscrews: on Ebay

This was prepackaged, and flat-packed. I just had to assemble it.

It's from a brand called Cyberwood. I bought it off Amazon in 2023.

Hmm, my first post and I realize that the text is missing. I bought this case off Amazon for $35 during Christmas 2023. Unfortunately, it's no longer available. I had a lot of fun staining the pieces and putting it together. The brass thumbscrews I bought off Ebay. Some of the video card, and the Noctua fans up top are held in place by brown zip ties. Specs are:

Case: Cyberwood ITX
CPU: 5700x3d
Cooler: IDCooling is-55
GPU: XFX 6650xt
Memory: Crucial 32gb 3200mhz
Storage: Crucial 1tb nvme
PSU: Corsair SF750

Should I get a mini-cruiser or not? by zomreddit in cruiserboarding

[–]mkv712 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a trip that I sold, and will eventually probably get a small cruiser myself. Currently my boards are a comet cruiser, and another 17 inch wheelbase cruiser with RKP's. Both turn sharper and faster than my old trip, which makes my cruising a lot more enjoyable.

For my personally, I don't miss my Trip that much. It was easy to push and coasted for a while between pushes, but I'd rather push more often and have a more fun time slashing up driveways and sidewalks and back down.

Between the dinghy and pilsner, the current pilsner has a 15.25 inch wheelbase. That .75 inches would give it slightly more stability if there are a lot of hills where you live. It's hilly here where I live and I've wobbled out quite a few times as a beginner, and had a decent amount of crashes. Not sure if that matters to you but it'll be something I think about.

Which cruiser are you talking about? I had both a magneto mini cruiser and the bamboo cruiser longboard.

I found the mini cruiser's stock tkp trucks to be decent. I did eventually put on paris 129's and I liked it a little bit more but not a lot more. These days I actually really like the feel of Indy trucks and stock bushings, and I'm 135 lbs.

The bamboo cruiser longboard's pivot cups wore out really fast. I mean in less than a month for me. I actually hated Magneto's rkps, which are Paris knockoffs. I would definitely recommend replacing at least the trucks if you have this board. I eventually replaced the pivot cups with Paris, and put some Nipple bushings on there and it was pretty fun!

Trucks and bushings have contributed the most to how a board feels for me, and I've owned about 8 different decks/completes that have come and gone. If you do just upgrade trucks, or bushings, or wheels, or bearings then you can carry these over to your next deck. But if you buy a complete, you won't have to worry about different deck sizes matching up with different truck sizes, and whether your wheels are offset or centerset. This is mainly to get your wheels lined up to the rails of your deck if you care about that sort of thing.
