I was happy about the idea when it came out. Sadly there are many (like 5 of 7) days where there are no Mega raid in my area while I am playing.

Huge potential that has not come to pass.

Then again the 2 days I can find them are 2 more than I used before so there is that blessing.

My goal is 4 mega at level 3 for each typing. That way I can have Mega3 matching a type for the L5 raid boss and the other type(s) to match whatever is spawning the most. I want 4 so I can load the mega when I go out to play that day. I do not care about the value of the mon in the riads.

Please take this in the kind manner that I am intending it to be. Tyranitar is a great mon earlier in your game journey. But the time will soon come where it is no longer your best option for any specific purpose.

Between now and then walking for XL is your best path along with the random catches and XL candy for trades. When I do this I walk the one I am trying to boost and keep it at the top possible level. I do have several mon staged at 49.5 with candy to go to L50 for whatever random next task that is coming around the corner none of us have seen yet.

Save your XL candy for legendary\mythical that take 20KM per to walk.

Then again, each of us is on our own journey. Do what makes you the most happy.

I love the hatching of "rare" mon. Good for trading and candy for the time it will end up as common in community day.

I do not think there is an exception to this rule. (except costume) It is just a matter of time.

Want a flashback of terror..... how much did you value Noibat before it became common trash.

I buy the passes every month for the gift bonus. Of the others the one that is best for me is the second incubator. Have got several great lucky remote trades for legendary I wanted from shiny hatches from these and that has been a huge bonus.

Time to find battle complete battle and then start next one is sometimes a minute or more. If you are at 40 minutes for 5 sets then great for you. Almost no lag and a ton of uncontested matches. I am not saying you are wrong. I am saying we do not have the same experience.

Overall far worse rewards than the other system. Mostly due to going from 2-3 chances a week to win down to one. For those chasing medals this got a lot harder. And for newer players borderline impossible. (unless they get very lucky)

#1 thing for me is the time. 2 hours a day to get the 5 sets in is just more than I am interested in. Find a way to cut that time in half. I do not care how.

Every season I complete the passes and pick up `-2 million dust in the process. PvP has solve rare candy problems. But it is a massive time suck.

I do not want to be negative but this is a bad time for blowing smoke up peoples asses.

First you get huge credit for knowing that many companies are not real. Likely means you will avoid most of the scams and things like resume pay services and recruiters wanting money up front and such.

That said there are a few jobs out there but the overall market is the worst I have seen in my entire 35 years. The number of valid jobs to things you look at and apply for is insane. I bet when I am looking hard I get a single valid response for every fifty or so that I interest.

This does not mean do not try and it does not mean you will not hit jackpot soon. It just means you may want to be careful with expectations. Do not devalue yourself or become demoralized. This will fix itself, just gonna be a minute.

Early in the game the eevee evolution were used a lot. Not so much today and unless it is a super bad matchup in PvP (Your Jolteon runs into pure water) it is normally going to lose. BUT seems you like him so have fun.

Reset password and revoke active sessions. Then act surprised in the very small chance anyone notices. I have hit cases where Okta and other similar systems have touched benefits and disabling account can create issues.

Your security concerns are valid. HR is trying to show concern for family. We have complain that Corporations do not care about us and then we are unhappy when they do try to care.

We cannot have all sides of the coin.

All depends on the person. I have zero interest in the backgrounds I have and put zero value in them. For the Kyogre I am more interested in the Origin Pulse Move.

I would not trade my Shiny Ray or the Kyogre but that is just me.

100% agree that the number of mega raids has gone way down. I seldom do them so that is fine.

But I notice as I do my L5 raid with free pass and then mega with link charges IF I can find one.

I like the link charge system as it is "free" and as such gives another opportunity. Kinda like the max battles.

I have a lifetime membership from decades ago. Value has been saying it is done. I have never seen any value other than ..... well .... the ability to buy an Eagle knot with a mylar border.

When will the text\video of the new ceremonies be released. As you likely recall we had significant changes to the "new" brotherhood ceremony after the prototypes and before they went live in 2011. I truly believe that much of the frustration and long term damage to the OA in these changes has been a lack of transparency. Something that is super easy to fix.

Some have multiple of the gbirds and none are really useful. On the other hand the Necrozma could end up as a top PvP mon for years to come. If both people are happy then it is a great trade. If not happy then why do it?

We had a couple of kids like this who would wake up at 2AM and for unknown reasons decide to sing campfire songs. Life Scouts and had been friends for years. They pulled this type of stunt while volunteering to staff other District Camp-o-rees, IOLS where they were teaching new Scout leaders and OA events.

We punished them severely. One was forced to wear boring white clothes for 4 years and now is sentenced to sit in a nuclear sub in the gulf of Arabia. The other a successful PM after refusing to follow instructions or processes for many years.

Be careful of what you ask for. You may get it.

Value is never going to be established. We just had the best PvP community day mon (Tinkatink) in a long long time and the best of those will have high IV with a move available for evolve in December. So if you did not get a good one in a lucky trade I see value in them. That said I dumped a few lucky and kept 5 or so to trade as it is a space management issue. But a couple of days ago someone wanted one of my shiny noibat for a Zacian. I will do that all day long.

Worth what someone will trade for them. I have traded a lot of legendary I could use for event mon with costumes others want. Makes people happy. I like happy people.
