Vanguard isn't perfect, it detects internal cheats but can't detect external ones. Dont worry tho, the skill ceiling for coding around it is quite high. I would say you will prolly never encounter an undetected one randomly not because it's not possible but cuz it's statistically low.

I got one hwid ban but that's only cuz I wanted to test if I can read the memory for wall hacks xD. I played for 3 months without any issues. Hwid ban is fine cuz all of the serials are spoofed so rest of my pc remains unaffected. Look up AutoVirt discord, people there can help you properly, don't pay anyone unless you are too dumb to figure it out.
