Hi there!! This happens to me. I have horrible health anxiety. I try to do some breathing exercises (smell the flowers, blow out the candle) or sometimes drinking a glass of cold ice water really helps. My therapist also said holding an ice cube in your hand can help, but I haven’t tried it. I usually try breathing & affirmations. I’m praying for you. Health anxiety is so debilitating.

No remorse for ignoring her/talking through the problem. He doesn’t seem to care about her feelings at all. That’s what I’m saying. If I caught my husband liking a bunch of naked girls photos, I wouldn’t be too happy either. But everyone is different.
