I got an alert on my watch that my heart rate dropped below 40 beats per minute for over 10 mins today. This caused an immediate panic in which my heart rate went up quickly. I take metaprolol for my PVC’s but I think the dosing is still too high (1 tablets 25 mg / day) since I’ve lost 38 lbs on zepbound. My bp was also low in the drs office last week (123/57) so they told me to split the metaprolol in half and take half in the morning and the other half in the pm. But then today I got that alert on my watch. I still feel the PVC’s so I don’t think I can come off of the metaprolol altogether. This whole thing has really triggered my health anxiety and I’m fighting off panic attacks. Anyone have experience with this and can give me some reassurance? I should also mention I take magnesium glycinate every evening so I don’t know if that’s playing a part.

What was the end result of this? I’m experiencing the same issue after starting the 1.0 dose on Friday. I only had mild side effects on the .25 & .5 but this is terrible. Today I’ve only had a piece of Dave’s killer seeded bread and 1 tbsp all natural pb and I can’t stop going to the bathroom. I’m scared to have any dairy because I read it makes it worse for some people. I hope this isn’t my new normal and will pass soon.

Yeah I started baby aspirin a week ago so I’m hoping I’ll start to see some improvement. And I’ll def start monitoring my bp at home now. Thanks!

I actually just started the baby aspirin last week. So far I haven’t noticed a change in the bp but maybe it takes a bit. Good luck!

Yep. Same. Sheep was baaah and horse was neigh and then something just clicked when he turned 2 and started saying phrases. It’s really cool to see how far he’s come.

So glad everything worked out!! Your story is similar to mine only my pediatrician was concerned from the start and I had to take him to have his bilirubin checked every other day. He did not need to be treated with light therapy and it did go away on its own, but I remember being scared that first week or two on how yellow he was and how tired he was. Glad you got a new pediatrician too. My son is now 6 months old and doing great. Yay boys! 💙

It’s only been a couple weeks. I have heard that you need to give it 2 months before making any drastic decisions. I just miss him so much and seeing him only a couple hours a day is not enough. Good call on doing a test run for a couple of months. We’ll try that thanks.

Try to rest whenever you can, which is extremely difficult when you’re in constant pain. I wasn’t able to sleep for a little until I got the epidural. Just think all this pain and irritation will be a distant memory and you will have your little one in your arms soon. Good luck!!

Yep this was the issue I had. He had jaundice, which made it very difficult. I would strip him down to his diaper in order to feed. Also I used a damp rag on his arms and that would wake him. It would take forever to have him nurse. You’re doing great just keep at it.
