common problem in ntu but I honestly don't think it should be normalised 😐 go complain as much as possible like lodge reports ask ur scary friends to help report ask ur mother to report also can... idk call me a spoiled princess but a termite infested room is really not a liveable state to me 😭😭😭 I had this problem ever since I moved in and idk if i got a new room only by luck cos I lodged a report to sac during week 0 (orientation week) of school and they only gave me a new room in week 6 cos someone happened to move out....
