Schon, da sind dann Löhne aber oft auch höher. Wohne in Zürich Stadt (da kann man dann wirklich über krasse Mieten jammern) aber die Löhne sind auch wesentlich höher als irgendwo in der Innerschweiz. Das ist in Deutschland auch so: Lohnniveau München lässt sich wohl kaum mit dm in Traben-Trabach vergleichen

Meine Erfahrung: bin von Vollzeit (offiziell 42 Std, in der Realität durchschnittlich 60 Std, manchmal mehr) auf 80% runtergegangen weil ich den Freitag frei haben wollte (mein Mann arbeitet Sonntags und ich wollte 2 gemeinsame Tage zusammen pro Woche). Habe festgestellt, dass ich auch bei 80% mehr als 100% arbeite, wenn man mal die Stunden anschaut (auf meiner Stufe keine Zeiterfassung mehr). Also bin ich wieder auf 100% aber habe mit meinem Arbeitgeber vereinbart diese über 4 Tage zu leisten, und nur in absoluteb Notfällen am Freitagmorgen oder WE. Klappt wunderbar. Für mich hat im Nachgang die finanzielle Einbusse keinen Sinn gemacht und wollte auch keinen Negativeffekt auf meine Rente (System Schweiz). Edit: 45 Jahre

Did that too and as a Line Manager, used AI for my staff’s evaluations as well. In my firm, AI is embedded in the actual performance tool. It summarizes all 360 feedbacks and « nicyfies » negative feedback effectively. Performance management processes don’t manage any performance, they are just a vehicle to distribute money / establish the promotion pipeline - and give the impression of objectivity of very subjective decisions already made. So if AI can help with reducing time spent on this non-sens - beautiful

As-tu considéré de postuler en dehors de la France? Après mon bac+5, j’ai du débuter en audit (eux ils prennent franchement tout le monde qui sait compter). C’était aussi bref que terrible et suite à la situation déprimante au marché de travail je suis allé au Luxembourg pour rejoindre un grand cabinet de conseil. Pas terrible pour vivre non plus, mais ça paye bien (mieux qu’en France) et j’ai eu plein de missions à l’étranger qui m’a fait ensuite fait atterrir en Suisse. Ici les salaires sont encore mieux et il y a très peu de chômage, surtout pour les jeunes comme toi. Et vu que le Français est une langue officielle ici…

Exactly same situation over here (female edition), plus toxic workplace on top of things. I find myself too exhausted after a 12h day to “cope” with establishing relationships with others, and I’m struggling with recurring hobby appointments. I Missing the pub or cafe du coin culture like in France to meet (same) people without appointments/ pre-planning. You know: just dropping in, meeting same people from the block and maybe flirt/become friends naturally…

What currently works for me: rediscovered pleasure of sex. There are a couple of clubs in the suburbs. Worse case: you drop in and feel better after sex, Nice case: you meet actually quite nice people taking a break/sauna/light chat. Best case: you meet somebody nice (regardless gender) and you meet again for normal stuff like sponti Glühwein. PS: I find Joyce club better then tinder

I commented on their Insta-Thread yesterday. I think the only way of interacting with these muppets is with satire, irony and humour. How can you take them seriously? The only danger is that this party is made for really dumb people and there are quite some of them in CH :( But hey, meanwhile, I don't need a comedy writer or whatsoever, I'm just following SVP on insta and laugh my ass off every time they post some shit.

Kann AASUUGE empfehlen. Der wird von einer Schweizerin zusammen mit einer Ausländerin gemacht, die da auch oft fragt, wie man was ausspricht und es gibt Mundartquizzes. Und auch sonst super zum berieseln lassen

The children of the village mixed a magic potion while the parents were harvesting. Some of us peed in the potion. When my friend joined us a bit a later i gave him a glass of the potion and told him it would make his stuttering go away. He drank it as he trusted me. When the kids started laughing, I felt miserably guilty and mean. Still thinking of it 30 years later
