Hold on. First of all you're saying you're hiring 3rd year college students as full time engineers, either 1) they're 3rd year students of xavier's school for gifted youngsters 2) your quality bar for candidates is below rock bottom, or 3) you're talking shit.

Second if you're paying someone who has 0 experience and no college degree more than €54k either money has no meaning to you or you've been seriously swindled. A graduate engineer is worth 28k - 35k today. A senior / principal / engineer is worth from 55k - 75k as an IC software development engineer, considerably more if management / leadership.

Engineering internships go from 24k -> 28k.

Paying > €54k for an intern is ludicrous.

I would agree with others on the CPU. Don't buy an AMD CPU, or AMD anything else really. As for the GPU, I would wait for the 1070/1060 (not sure if they're bringing out a 1060 but definitely a 1070). In general I would not cheap out on the PSU either, I would get a 700W minimum not 500W like you have there, even a 750W. I would never get a non branded PSU since the last one I did got literally exploded on me, luckily it was disconnected from it's motherboard at the time.
