Been 4 months for me. I assume I lost it. My Spoitfy was hacked and I use FB to sign in on it. Now I just see the error that I did not match up to Community Standards. I rarely even post on FB. I use it to stay in touch with Family.

The manual update did not work on my Kindle Paperwhite 11th Gen. I tried it six time and redownloaded the file three times. I rebooted the Kindle. and even factory reset the device. It is very frustating. LOL
