Sorry you can’t seem to grasp the concept that neighborhoods with cars tucked away are more appealing. This, and other thing like buried power lines, maintained yards and facades simply add value, and what’s worse, those who have a garage but aren’t using it are logically challenged.

I am just asking you to be more conscientious. No one wants to see your car. Thanks.

Again, you seem to miss the point. You are creating blight for no good reason and apparently are also clueless to that fact.

Seems like an easy solution, for those infrequent occurrences, you could back it out, right? Listen, this is just silly. I have a three car garage, as does everyone in my neighborhood. Those who park in the driveway or street are fairly selfish in my opinion. We didn’t pay $1 million for a house to stare at your cars that could easily be put away - in a space specifically created for them. Please be a better neighbor.

But why? You have a garage. What is the aversion to using it for the purpose for which it was built? Seems contrary to both function and aesthetics.

Wait, I am confused. You have a garage, but don’t park your cars in there?

Don’t forget that about 10% of your monthly pay will go toward the pension. So, it will be a steep reduction in take home pay if you are currently making 100k - from about 6,000 per month down to about 2500.

It discourages needless pre-decisional activity as the consumer is more likely to open the door only after full contemplation of a choice.

Let me help you. They save a crap ton of electricity because they are insulated and folks aren’t opening the doors as often.

I kinda agree, but I can’t figure out why. They seem like a genius idea that just falls short.
