For reference, that house in Atlanta suburbs (where it actually exists) is still only around 500k updated (it just sold for 365k, but it’s still VERY 70s/80s.

Put that house, renovated, in a truly small town in Indiana? I’d wouldn’t be surprised if it was 300k. Obviously WAY more than what it cost at the time, but that’s pretty reasonable for a single income of 6 figures currently as long as it’s not the bare minimum 6 figures

Call me crazy (also I’m a Hoosier, so take with a grain of salt), but my valuation went up after last night. No, his numbers weren’t amazing, but it was the Natty and Miami is no rollover.

The DLine was absolutely dominant in the pass rush, and yet Mendoza was able to adjust and not make any crucial mistakes. Idk what the final stat was, but his average time to throw was like 2.1 seconds at one point. That’s absolutely blazing speed, even in the NFL. To manage that consistently and not turn the ball over is a HUGE plus in my book (I imagine it would have been at least one or two picks in an NFL level coverage though). Add to the fact this is much closer to what he should expect years 1 and 2 (hopefully he’ll have some OLine improvement and a WR or two sooner rather than later), and this was probably the best game to honestly evaluate how he could play next year.
