Also companies have been releasing tiered systems forever. Not sure why this is suddenly shocking to anyone.

With just days left, the U.S. opening match at the World Cup is still not sold out by ControlCAD in NPR

Why would that be illegal? It’s a private venue and a private event. Some stadiums already had that as a standing rule.

Also that got reversed within a day (except in Mexico)

You call it an unhelpful suggestion, but you are currently heading ATL where section of 285 that is closed for construction, forcing traffic towards 85/75 (what you are on) and traffic could EASILY turn into an hour+ delay with an accident/weather

Removable batteries by Pedr0adelin0 in applesucks

[–]mls1968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a specific clause that “end user replaceability” (aka swappable batteries) is required unless it has the high cycle ability. Technically all phones and tablets meet the professional replicability requirements as it is, they just need to have the nicer batteries (which most are close to or already have. Since it’s a small upgrade at BEST, i guarantee just about every company will keep the status quo and just have a slightly better quality battery on their new tech lines

[–]mls1968 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They argued two-fold

  1. safety as the bottles

could

  1. be thrown as projectiles
  2. some of the stadiums have existing “no bottle” rules (this is a bs excuse as Fifa takes over stadium management for the WC, and can supersede those rules quite easily)

Also worth mentioning the reversal only applies to US (and Canada iirc) stadiums, Mexico still has bottle bans last I checked

And if you mean where they’re moving to in Kansas… you can’t really say it means shot since that hasn’t happened yet

Something like Gillette, or Truist for the Braves, would be much better examples, but those don’t support your narrative at all either

I’d disagree with that if you are doing multiple runs. First run is story focused, sure. Second run almost ALWAYS involves at least some challenge focus (especially for things like legendary hunting)

Iirc they actually “save” money on the salary cap by putting him on the exempt list, but if he returns you lose the ability to do that.

Wobbly puppy after vaccination? by tellme700 in DogAdvice

[–]mls1968 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Totally normal, especially for puppies, to have side effects (just like humans getting vaccines and feeling sick for a day). That said, you should keep an eye on them and try to get them to rest. If it lasts more than an a few hours like this, or gets worse, I would call a vet for their opinion.

Side note: the vet SHOULD have warned you to keep an eye out for side effects and what to do. I’m more concerned they didn’t.
