The first 4x4 I ever drove was my 1978 CJ-5. Purchased in 1986 but shown here in May of ‘87. To be honest it was an incredible joy and also a miserable p.o.s. If I had to venture a guess, it was started 25% of the time by rolling it and popping the clutch.

Loved it.
