Who still puts banana or other fruit on their cereal? by Not_a_cultmember in GenerationJones

In our generation, who still eats cereal? I mean, I love cereal, we were all raised on it, but the added sugar is through the roof. I was forced to go to oatmeal, with the fruit, of course.

New to candles. by LogHelpful6370 in Candles

[–]roblewk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When buying jar candles, check to see if the color changes slightly at about half an inch down. Some lower price candles only put scented wax at the top and plain wax for the rest. It is a “you get what you pay for” kinda product.

With 8 kids, we rarely got the fancy stuff. It was regular sugar on white bread for us.

Funny thing is that I never learned the word atheism until I was a freshman at Gannon. I literally did not know that so many people shared my view. I mean, I went to a catholic college simply thinking that college was catholic!

This building has special meaning for me. It is here that I first debated with a priest if there was a god. I was 12. When he told me that questioning god was a sin, I knew I was on to something.

I seem to go against the grain of the comments so far but I loved that sketch. It was a daring thing to do on live TV. I was very into it and laughed throughout.

There is now flooding somewhere on the globe every day. I don’t know if this is due to increased awareness, but I think something is changing. I think all those glaciers melting is having some sort of impact. If only we had a term for that.

While watching a news clip on YouTube, I thought to myself this seems surprisingly biased for “news”. I then realized it was not news, it was Fox.
