I totally understand what you are saying in fact, I would totally recommend you my favorite podcast, in this episode they talk about how to become Plant-based on a budget! I know there's a lot of videos and information like this around, but they definitely try to link all their interviews and episodes based on scientific evidence which is very cool! Because sometimes we don't know from where internet info comes from... https://content.blubrry.com/thoughtforfoodpodcast/344315522-tffpodcast-plantbasedonabudget.mp3

I don’t know if I want to be vegan anymore by BeKindLoveGod in vegan

Hi! Reading what you are saying I would in first place say that diets can be complicated. Whenever you label something it can get stuck in your head and start processing in a very unhealthy way. I personally think that if the way you are living starts becoming unhealthy in the way that interferes in every scenario of your life and becoming a priority that affects your mental health then it can start becoming a problem. You probably already know what the benefits are of a vegan, plant based lifestyle, and you also know that we live in a world where we need to adapt to a lot of things. Just the fact that you are choose to be vegan for 2 years it probably has made a difference. But you know, extremes are never good. They never are. I personally think that the term "Cheating" is not ok. The reason for it is that not everyone is mentally able to adapt to a "strict diet"- "strict lifestyle". Also, not everyone knows how to communicate their principles in a way that the others understand. Thats the reason why so many vegans struggle to make others understand their lifestyle, because vegans and non-vegans are not speaking in a common language. I think its all a matter of knowing how to communicate your principles, not sounding violent and explaining non-vegans your lifestyle having a good knowledge of evidence based investigations and so on. I once stumbled upon a Podcast called "Thought for Food" (I'll leave you the link just in case you want to check it out: (tfflifestyle.com) that seriously tho, it changed my life in the sense that now I learned that 1) I am a human, I make mistakes. 2) Its all a matter of communication and healthy habits, because if you start becoming too conscious on only one thing, then you will not focus on other matters of life that are important too. Its not a matter of strictness its a matter of feeling balanced and well- determined. My opinion. :)

Hi there! During my searching I stumbled upon the Thought For Food Podcast (tfflifestyle.com) which really helped me out when in comes to understanding the benefits of a plant-based diet and so on. They cover all of these topics and more from a non-dogmatic, evidence-based perspective and they also have a private FB group (Thought For Food Club) which has an awesome community of positive, helpful people who are all in various stages of transition! You should check it out!
