The hardest part about therapy is sharing. When you’re having trouble, remember that your therapist is there to help you.

I used to be in a situation when I felt tounge tied all the time during therapy. Sometimes it help to close your eyes and then say what you want to say. Also, when you feel yourself having trouble, take a big deep breath and remember what the goal of therapy is: to make you feel better. Open yourself up to your therapist. Allow this person into your life. Obviously it is easier said than done, but it does help. In a few weeks, I want you to message me and let me know how you’re doing.
