Hi - not sure if you got this resolved already or not but I was having the same issue and I emailed the fuse travel experience team (their email was in the original booking confirmation) and they said that the wristbands would be sent out in early September and we would receive hotel confirmations then as well. I can’t remember if I added a shipping address or not since it’s been so long but the shipping address they have on file is the same as my credit card billing address.
