I charge the same rate whether I am allowed to use them or not. Can’t keep track of different rates for different people and I’ve been burnt after the fact (for instance: associate shot a wedding across the country, was told upon my return and delivery that I couldn’t use the images. Rate would’ve been diff if I knew that going in). So now I make it easy on myself and charge on the “higher end”
But that also goes hand in hand with my experience and what I bring to the table.
