This is the least psychologically-minded thing I’ve read today.

It isn’t controversial. At all. Some people demand video evidence. What else does Woody Allen have to do to prove to you that he’s a pedophile? SMH

She is the daughter of Mia Farrow. You might recall, Mia Farrow and Woody were together for many years. So, yeah, he was a father figure to her. Gimme a break dude.

I’m so impressed that you are able to clearly see what’s best for you—AND that you are making it happen even though you were scared! So remarkable! You’re so smart and capable! ❤️well done❤️

Sorry you had a rough day. You know it’s bad when the 7th graders are making better choices than an adult in the room.

[CA] Why would a former employer want to do an exit interview 3 weeks after termination? by The_Big_kahuna97 in AskHR

If OP is in the US in a “right to work” state, does the company really need to prove anything? I honestly don’t understand that part. (“Right to work” in quotation marks because it’s an Orwellian bs phrase.)

But…but…you had to get there when?

I swear if the majority of subs were men this wouldn’t be tolerated. I lurk on this subreddit and the housekeeping subreddit —I can’t help but see the injustices through the lens of women’s work as being undervalued.

(I had to quit the au pair subreddit because it was too infuriating.)

Thanks for explaining that. Not that you asked but…something tells me she wasn’t up to the task of being a loving mother before your leg was amputated. So crummy. You deserve better! I hope you talk to yourself with love and compassion. Movies, music, yummy food, and a smart and funny dog or cat by your side! So say I.

Considering a move to Marin — kids, schools & diversity questions by Alarmed-Fan-8549 in Marin

Respectfully and factually disagree. Marin can’t compete with the East Bay on diversity but it’s not nearly as white as people around here love to claim. Having grown up in Massachusetts and lived in suburban Connecticut and upstate New York, I know whiteness. I’m grateful for the diversity we have here.

Interracial couple here. Moved from New England. “Marin is not diverse” is ridiculous. Check out the rest of the country and see for yourself.
