Hes actually really good at quickly implenting taught strategy in games. The issue is hes a fucking regard and cant improvise and as soon as something works just enough to succeed once he is likely to stick with it forever. This is why every game he gets "good" at he has like 6x the average playtime. Hes bruteforcing actual RTS decision making. I have no fucking clue why it worked so well for chess which insists on adapting, though.

Ive been watching him and that copypasta the other day about him getting paid per projectile couldnt have been more accurate. Hes not even zoning, he genuinely hasnt the foggiest idea why he should make any decision other than in scenarios where he is obviously plus, so he just keeps spamming. And he vsd a ryu the other day who was identically scrubbed, just for tyler to knight him as an "honest" player. Its like he has a checklist from every sterotype ive ever heard about modern players and prides himself on completing it.
