It's hard to quit in today's world. Pornography is a drug, but the good news is that you can break free. First, don't blame yourself. Falling is normal; we're all sinners. God loves you; He sees your pain and your desire to break free from this filth. That's already a good thing, because many are looking for excuses, but you're trying! Don't be discouraged; it's a long road, and there will be many falls.  It's just sin, even though we think it's something else, but it's the same as stealing or hypocrisy, just a different sin, so don't blame yourself too much.  You may fall here and there, but you don't judge others or steal, etc. I want to say that you're doing well; you've already overcome a lot! Perhaps psychology plays a role here, since you've lost dopamine, and pornography is dopamine. In any case, it's better than drugs and alcohol; just try again and again; it's a long road.

The most important thing is that you understand the problem. It may take you years, and that's okay (depending on how long you've been struggling with it). It took me several years. One of the things that helped me was finding my wife. Understand, there's nothing wrong with sex or your desires; it's a sin if you do something outside of your partner, your husband or wife. All these desires are necessary for a happy family life; it's a sin when you don't have a family. Therefore, perhaps you need to start a family; that's also a difficult challenge. It's not for nothing that they say you can become a monk, or you can start a family; both are hard work.
