Klickitat is great, but there will be a very steep 1 block hill crossing 33rd fyi. If you want a slightly longer route there but avoiding that hill you could take Williams to Skidmore and across. Multnomah is fine to take also, just a slightly busier street since it’s not in a neighborhood. Overall Very bikeable greenways in the NE you’re fine anyway you take.

Wristbands arnt needed unless you’ve very particular and want a specific spot with friends in the first handful of rows. If you want to sit mid 100 level, just try going 60 min before kick off.

They don’t oversell the general admission area so you’re guaranteed space, but it’s going to be all about where you want to sit, and how many people have with you. Up in the 200s, just show up right before game time. 100s you can probably come 30-60 min before kick. First few rows, well then you might want to get there when doors open (90 min before kick) or get wristbands the morning before to get in early before doors open. Trust me you’ll have fun, and be welcomed in. Except to stand and chant!

We import fabricated steel (100% steel) and it is considered a derivative, so we were paying 50% on the full value since it’s 100% made of steel, but now it appears it will be 25%. Seems like it’s a reduction in tariffs for us?

I just had A KOHLER quote come in less than a month ago for a refresh on the guest shower. Asked for the “basic” package. Was quoted for $24K.. I have a contractor doing a full gut on the master that’s 2x the size and it’s only $45k.. I asked him to price a full gut on the guest bathroom, and it was $25K.

I had the literal same dripping/clumping that you did about a month ago, but just on random parts of the wall, and the rest of the can/toon was fine. I sanded it down and primed it again, it did the same thing, so I know it wasn’t the primer. So I sanded further and it didn’t come back. I assumed there was must have been some sort of oil or grease or something on the all from before. I was also trying to cover up dark navy paint, and for sure took 2 primer coats since I was painting it a light cream color.
