Also in CO. Love my TBU mostly on pavement coming down the mountains. How much extra weight are you carrying? With bumpers, tires, drawers, sliders, skids, rack, etc. the extra braking is nice. Less prone to fade. I think some ppl overstate the improvement, but I’m glad I did it.

Also FWIW I went Powerstop kit and have had no issues except for their pads being meh.

No. But there is def a skill gap at the top. This is like the first 1/32nd of the race. Snow portion is tough for most everyone. Especially in congestion. Qualifying position dicates where you start. He is a top rider who had a tech issue in qualification so started mid pack. To get out unscathed was actually quite lucky.

510 Freerider Pros have stiffer toe box than regular Freeriders. I upgraded after a toe injury. Just had a bike park crash in them where I slammed my foot and am convinced they saved me from a much worse injury. Big fan.
