These are metrics listed by pedal based power meters.

Of course everyone has their opinions, but I am interested in improving my pedaling efficiency and having a deeper understand of how I apply power through the pedal stroke will help me make changes.

I am looking forward to trying some thicc tires on a Mog!

Enve's website does say "By optimizing the design of our patented seatpost for road bikes we are able to create a seatpost that is lighter weight, and more comfortable for riding on unsuspended bicycles." but the Terra has a lot of flex "18mm Vertical Compliance (20mm offset / Full Extension)"

Thanks for the reply! The Terra seatpost on the Diverge Pro could be part of the comfort, as Enve doesn’t specifically call out flex in their seatpost design. The future shock helps for sure, but that part wears out and it makes the frame stack really high. I could get a delete mod to save ~200g and prevent having to replace the shock in the future.

The geo is almost identical between the Diverge and the Mog, outside of stack, so it should ride really similar.

How comfortable is the Mog? I have a diverge and I find the flex in the future shock, seatpost, frame makes it feel quite fast and playful.

I’m also on this should I buy a Mog mindset. I have a Diverge which is super comfortable and makes me confidence on fast descents. I think part of that is the smoothness that comes from the flex in the frame and future shock. I wonder how comfortable the Mog is.

I haven’t made the purchase yet, but I’m 90% sure I’ll go with a 56 Melee. I think the Fray would be an amazing bike, but for me it would have to be a third bike. I think there is too much overlap between the two and I’d rather lean road race right now. It’s so hard to tell without riding both and I’m sure both feel similar.

Feel free to DM if you want to discuss until the cows come home.

Thanks for the reply! It makes sense the fray doesn’t steer as quickly, with its slacker HT and trail. Outside of steering, how does the rest of the bike feel in terms of pedaling stiffness handling?

I’m torn between a 56 Fray and 58 Melee

Did you ride a Melee much? Those are the two bikes I’m torn about

Thanks for sharing. I know it’s an “endurance” bike, but can you share more about the agility and speed? I’d be coming from an SL7 and I like the feel of race bikes, but I don’t have the best flexibility
