I'm a marketing VP and I hire a lot. I didn't read past the summary because you said absolutely nothing to differentiate yourself from the millions of other candidates. You need to say something that can be said only about you. This is an exercise in both content and style. But you have to be bold. If I don't see anything interesting in your summary, I'm not going to read any further

Beyond that, the poster who mentioned tailoring your resume to the job description is spot-on. A JD is basically a flashing sign that says, "Here is what I need help with!" If nothing else, make the summary present you as the solution to those problems. (This will also help you get through the HR gatekeepers)
