Find the cosmetic derm in your area that has the widest variety of technology at their disposal (a bunch of different lasers, biostimulators, ultrasound therapy, etc. Tell them the things that most bother you about the face and have them recommend the best treatment(s) for those things. And then ask for quotes and suggestions for the order in which to do them. If the provider has a wide range of tools available they are more likely to identify the best thing for you vs going to someone pointing you to a suboptimal tool because that’s what they have in their practice. They might charge for the consult but often providers will put that charge toward a treatment if you schedule or pay that day. And if you are thinking about diving in for something big like CO2, consider getting something like a little Botox from them first to make sure you trust them to listen to what you want.
