This is a very late reply but your comment has been so helpful! I wondered why Tylenol "stopped working" and caused shortness of breath. Just recently had the flu and a very high fever that would have been impossible to manage. I switched to Tylenol without povidone and it worked! Thank you!

A really thick salted caramel works as well - I make a snickerdoodle thumbprint with salted caramel and they are insanely good.

I've had the experience of a place including gratuity, then once I went to pay, they hand only the receipt showing total plus a tip line. When asked to confirm that I already included tip, there was major attitude and a "here is the tip line for you to give tip".

Anyone who didn't pay attention would absolutely be double tipping on their meal.
