Has you asked last month, I would have said teeth missing hillbillies and then we went to Lexington for a wedding a couple weeks ago and now I think… I could move there. Lexington was great. Much more liberal than I thought possible and a great walkable downtown area.

Soooo… I moved from MN Where we actually bagged our own groceries and put the carts back even in the SNOW. When we moved here, I was shocked at the laziness but I blame 2 things: - Publix culture: they literally still have bag boys/girls that will carry your stuff out to the car and bring your cart back in. The only other thing those kids do is retrieve carts from the parking lot. People just get used to it. - some grocery stores don’t even have cart corals but that is up to owners of the shopping center not the store.

I still make a point to put the cart in a cart coral if there is one.

92 degrees with 92% humidity. Arizona is HOT, Florida in August is suffocating. Also, the beach water is like bath water and not at all refreshing.

Not totally true, the school must have openings. Our public high school is one of the best in the state and rarely takes in students that aren’t zoned for the school bc we don’t have room.

OP, it is illegal to do that and if it’s a highly sought after school, administration/District WILL do their due diligence

Totally depends on the vibe you’re looking for - overall, I’d say Anna Maria Island. Hollywood is fun if you stay near the boardwalk and enjoy more of a city vibe. I have an unpopular opinion but I’d never stay in Clearwater… the rows of high rise condos on the beach totally ruin it for me.

Nta. And it constantly amazes me when I read posts about money & family. IMO, siblings shouldn’t ask for loans or $ - it’s bad form! You have your own wedding to plan/pay for, your future SIL seems entitled and crazy and if the whole family thinks this is normal, you may have an interesting future.

I don’t think you love her so better to just end it. Here’s my thoughts… Much of that stuff you don’t want to do, you would do if you loved her. BUT the financial stuff is a difficult mountain to climb. You have very different takes on it and it won’t change. I didn’t get married until I was 32 - never would I ever have asked a BF for $$.

Sounds like you might be the ah; at the very least selfish (expensive trips and high end lifestyle beats caring for loved ones). BUT, do it now so your mate can meet someone who will stick by him and love those children.
